Prosur was founded in 1965 and it was in its origins a spice and herb blender for the meat industry. For the past 20 years, Prosur has focused on R&D initiatives, studying in detail the different components of fruits, plants and spice extracts to design natural, plant-based ingredient solutions for the food industry, which allow to offer key players in the food industry, as well as end customers, ‘clean label’ solutions, meeting the most strict quality standards. Among Prosur’s customers there are some of the most relevant players in the global food industry.
Prosur is based on Murcia and has a solid commercial network, selling its products in over 30 countries and reaching export levels in excess of 80% of its annual sales.
