Cynthia joined MCH in 2018. Within her role, she provides direct support to the Office Manager as well as running the reception and attending to visitors and their needs during meetings.
Before joining MCH, Cynthia worked, among other things, as a receptionist in an American capital management fund. Previously, in her position of Guest Experience Manager —part of the management team of a recognized Spanish hotel chain—, she was focused on attending to the guests and making their stay comfortable. Furthermore, she was in charge of the online reputation of the hotel, and her work was recognized with several awards. Prior to this, as Public Relations of a 5* hotel of an international hotel chain, she was dedicated to assisting the guests.
Cynthia has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, specialized in graphic design. As a freelance graphic designer, she has designed several corporate identities works and their application on different mediums.
