Enrique de Aragón
Enrique de Aragón joined the MCH team in 2014. Since then, he has actively participated in various investment and divestment operations (analysis, valuation, due diligence, legal documentation and structuring) and has been involved in the analysis and valuation of multiple investment opportunities. Additionally, he performs proactive investment search and preparation of materials for investors and investment committees.
Enrique has participated in the Boards of Directors of Azulev, Lenitudes, HC Clover and Pumping Team, and is also part of the deal team in charge of Europastry.
Before joining MCH, he worked in the financial department of Ferroglobe Plc. (NASDAQ: GSM), formerly Grupo Ferroatlántica - Grupo Villar Mir.
Enrique has pursued the Private Equity & Venture Capital Executive Program at Harvard Business School and holds a Master´s Degree in Taxation, Public Management and Public Policies from the UNED – Instituto de Estudios Fiscales. He graduated with a Licentiate Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (E-3) from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE) and a Licenciate Degree in Political Science (LCP) from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE). Enrique has the professional designation CAIA ("Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst").
